🔬 Algorithmic Governance in Migration Management Systems
Research on algorithmic biases (data, modelling, deployment, institutional) in automated decision-making tools applied to migration management. Development of a governance framework evaluated across Canadian, European, and American contexts.

✦ What Makes This Research Unique
My research lies at the intersection of information systems, decision-support technologies, and public governance. I study how digital infrastructures and information systems are transforming administrative immigration processes, with a focus on system design, automated decision-making, and issues of transparency, accountability, and institutional oversight. This positions my work at a rare and timely crossroads between IS theory, public administration, and AI ethics — addressing a critical gap in how algorithmic tools are designed, deployed, and governed in high-stakes human contexts.
